Increase Number of Deputies: Multi year plan to increase the number of CCSO deputies to meet growth projections and to ensure proactive policing patrols can meet and exceed current levels while ensuring school safety needs are a priority.
2. Crime Prevention
Focus: Stopping crime before it starts and cracking down on violent crime.

Community Policing Initiatives: Strengthen community relationships to identify and solve local problems together.

Youth Engagement Programs: Support mentorship, after-school programs, and outreach for at-risk youth to prevent criminal involvement.

3. Deputy Recruitment and Retention
Focus: Building a strong, professional, and committed team.

Use regional data and salary and compensation studies to ensure our CCSO pay and benefits package remains competitive to attract and retain CCSO Deputies.

Training and Professional Development: Ensure continuing education, leadership development, and specialized training.
