Meet Todd Creek
Law Enforcement Career
Todd Creek is a 17 year veteran of the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office, where he currently serves as the Sgt. supervisor of the School Resource Unit. He began his career in patrol in 2008 and enjoyed his time on the road. In 2012 he became an investigator for the Child Advocacy Center Crimes Against Children unit, closing several high profile cases. Upon his promotion to Corporal, and a brief stint as the supervisor for the Civil
Unit, he returned to Criminal Investigations as a supervisor. Upon Scott Adams' election to sheriff in 2014, Todd moved to the School Resource Unit as the supervisor. In May of 2015 he was promoted to the rank of sergeant.
Todd’s leadership experience in many various units has given him a
broad view of the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office that will serve him well,
if elected.

He successfully completed the New Jersey Association for Chief's of Police Command and Leadership Academy in 2019.
Best known for his quiet, steady presence, you may recognize him from his role in ALICE (active intruder) training for all CCPS students and staff. Families with young children know him from Safetyville, which he spearheads each summer with Cecil County Parks and Rec. Our students know him for his kind demeanor as he greets them each morning at the School of Technology, or standing at the gate of athletic events. Grandparents will recognize him from the dozens of graduations he has served at over the years. And let’s not forget he has led security for the Fair for more than a decade, keeping everyone safe while they celebrate the best parts of Cecil County.
Todd has proven himself a steadfast man of integrity, one who cares deeply about the citizens of our community and will bring that heart into his role as Sheriff.
